Spicy olive oil yufka wrap is a quick, heart-healthy, sugar-free dish made by wrapping fresh spinach and low-fat white cheese in thin pastry and crisping it in an olive oil pan. The short cooking time makes it a practical solution for a brunch table or a lunchbox.
Finely chop the fresh spinach and mix with the white cheese and pul biber.
Lay the pastry sheets flat, spread the filling in the middle and roll tightly.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the wraps for 8 minutes, until golden and crisp on both sides.
Keep the heat at medium when frying the wraps — too high a heat burns the outside while the inside stays cold. Seal the edges of the pastry well, or the filling can leak out while cooking. Allergens: contains wheat (gluten), milk and dairy.
If you use curd cheese instead of white cheese, the fat content drops even further; in that case, adding a bit more salt keeps the flavour balanced.
Admin DadaGastro · verified in test kitchenSarma bana biraz fazla acılı geldi, pul biber miktarını damak tadıma göre yüksek buldum.
