Partnerships

The partners we build the route with.

A city's flavour map is not drawn alone: businesses, festivals, municipalities, tourism bodies and brands are all part of it. Below you will find which kinds of partnership are possible, how route sponsorship works and how to apply.

What sponsorship changes — and what it does not

Every partnership conversation starts here, because these three points are not negotiable.

Sponsored content is labelled

A sponsored venue, route or event is clearly marked. The label is never tinted to the brand colour, shrunk or hidden.

Editorial decisions are not for sale

Whether a venue is listed, its rating and its editor's note are unaffected by any partnership. There is no paid entry and no paid ranking boost.

Every partnership is published

Every active sponsorship and partnership is listed on this page by name and scope. We do not do undisclosed deals.

Partner Types

Eight ways to work together

Start with whichever fits you best; scope and duration are agreed together after you apply.

Principal sponsors

Brands that want to be associated with the whole platform

A term-based principal sponsorship accompanying the discovery experience as a whole. It sits entirely outside editorial decisions and is clearly labelled on every surface.

Food and drink brands

Food, drink and kitchen equipment brands

Content the product genuinely stands behind: a cooking technique, an ingredient story or a tasting route. Not product placement — clearly marked partnership content.

Venue and restaurant partners

Restaurants, cafés, hotels and local producers

Managing your own venue page, menu and reservation settings is free — an application is enough. Partnership is for joint work beyond that.

Tourism and destination partners

Destination management, tour and accommodation organisations

City guide and route work that makes a region's food identity visible. We produce it together; accuracy remains our responsibility.

Event and festival partners

Food festivals and event organisers

Getting the event into our calendar with correct details, connecting it to nearby venues as a day route, and opening it to reviews afterwards.

Municipal and local government partnerships

Municipalities, development agencies and public bodies

Putting local cuisine and neighbourhood eateries on record, telling the story of geographically protected products accurately, and district-level guide work.

Academic and industry partners

Gastronomy departments, professional bodies and associations

Research, fieldwork and data sharing. Joint publications state method and sources openly; no commercial placement is involved.

Technology and media partners

Publishers, production teams and technology providers

Content distribution, co-production and technical integration. Mutual attribution is the rule; exchanging content does not change editorial independence.

Route Sponsorship

Standing behind a route

Itineraries built with Dada Route are planned stop by stop, within a city or between cities. Sponsorship does not choose the stops — it accompanies the making and publishing of the route.

City route

A single city mapped from morning to night. Published alongside the city guide.

Road route

The stops along the road between two cities: local eateries, producers and rest points.

Theme and season route

A route that follows a product or a season: harvest time, fish season, a dessert trail.

Event route

A route built around a festival or event, limited to its dates.

Process

From application to launch

1

Apply

Tell us briefly about your organisation, the kind of partnership you have in mind and any target city or period.

2

Let's agree the scope

We separate what is sponsorship from what is an editorial decision up front; scope and duration are written down together.

3

Go live

The partnership goes live with its label and is listed on this page by name.

Sponsorship and partnership application

In your message, tell us your organisation, the type of partnership, the city or period you have in mind and your timeline. Applying is free and non-binding.
