How It Began
Knowing where to go is knowing the city
Dada Gourmet began with a simple idea: finding a good venue should not be left to chance. The story of a table starts before its address: who cooks, with which ingredients, and in which neighbourhood.
We review a small local restaurant and a kitchen booked weeks ahead with the same care. Our goal is not to show the most expensive, but what is worth the visit.
