A single-address restaurant in Konyaaltı, Antalya, baking nine lahmacun and thirteen pide varieties in a wood-fired stone oven.

About The Venue

Overview

Lahmacun Prime works from one address on Anadolu Caddesi in the Altınkum quarter of Konyaaltı, Antalya. The house presents itself as the continuation of an earlier lahmacun-and-pide business at the same spot, carrying that experience forward under a new name. The method sits at the centre of the menu: dough rolled thin and baked in a stone oven fired with wood. Nine lahmacun are offered. Three follow regional styles — the local Antalya version alongside Antep and Urfa — and the rest branch out into cheese, roasted meat with cheese, spinach and white cheese, plain cheese, a small-format one sold by the piece, and a house special of minced meat, cheese and walnut. The pide list runs to thirteen, each sold as a full or one-and-a-half portion: minced meat, cubed lamb, their cheese variants, sucuk (spiced beef sausage), spinach and cheese, a closed pide, and a house version with roasted meat, cheese and charred aubergine. Everything else is deliberately short — lentil and tomato soup, künefe for dessert, chips as the single side. The drinks list holds no alcohol: ayran, şalgam juice, lemonade, cola, iced tea, water, sparkling water and Turkish coffee. The menu is published in Turkish, English and Russian; the site's structured data gives service as Tuesday to Sunday, 11:30 to 22:00, with Monday closed. Tables can be booked through the site.
