The Çayyolu, Ankara branch of Sütiş on Ahmet Vehbi Koç Bulvarı, a national dairy chain running on its own farm's milk since 1953.
Sütiş operates a branch on Ahmet Vehbi Koç Bulvarı in the Çayyolu quarter of Ankara's Çankaya district, part of a national dairy-and-breakfast chain. By its own account, the brand has carried forward traditional recipes since 1953; its own farm, established in 2010 in the Vize district of Kırklareli, covers roughly 50 dönüm of land and supplies branches with about 4.5 tonnes of milk a day from some 600 animals. The menu runs from savoury mains — kol böreği (rolled pastry), burgers, soups, İskender — to the milk-based desserts the brand is best known for: muhallebi, keşkül, kazandibi, güllaç, and aşure all appear on the same menu. Drinks include coffee, lemonade, and ayran; nothing alcoholic shows up anywhere on the menu. Part of a chain with multiple locations across Ankara, this Çayyolu address serves the neighbourhood's breakfast and dessert needs, drawing on the same self-supplied dairy chain as every other Sütiş branch in the city.
