A patisserie chain in Fethiye, Muğla, started in 1989 selling Turkish delight and sweets before moving into cake production, now nine stores.
Fethiye lies west within Muğla province and covers 875 square kilometres, home to the ancient city of Telmessos; with a population of 182,280 as of 2024 it is the province's second-largest district after Bodrum, renamed in 1934 by Atatürk in memory of aviator Fethi Bey. Saliha Sultan Pastaneleri runs nine stores across the district, chief among them the Fabrika Şubesi (Merkez/Central branch) on Adnan Menderes Bulvarı in Babataşı, alongside branches in Taşyaka and Akarca. The company's own history states it was founded in 1989 by Ali Cesaret as a sole proprietorship selling Turkish delight and sweets in Fethiye's Çarşı district, moved into cake and dessert production and sale in 1990, and incorporated as 'Öz Sultan Gıda' in 1996; today it runs an ISO- and HACCP-certified production facility with cold-chain vehicles, serving both wholesale and retail with a product range spanning chocolate and cake varieties. Open daily from 8am to midnight.
