Punto Dondurma (Fener)

Two of Punto Dondurma's four shops are in Muratpaşa, one of Antalya's central districts, and this is the Fener one: 74/D Tekelioğlu Caddesi, in the Fener quarter. The company lists each of its shops on its own site with an address.

What it sells is set out in full. The ice cream comes in three groups — the classics, vanilla, chocolate, hazelnut and Antep pistachio; the fruit flavours, sour cherry, strawberry, blackberry, melon, peach, lemon and raspberry; and a third, newer set running through walnut-and-fig, blueberry, honey-almond, mastic, biscuit, yoghurt and caramel. Mastic, damla sakızı, is the tree resin that gives Turkish ice cream its stretch. Ice cream on sticks is kept as a line of its own, and the company says it is made by traditional methods.

A cake counter runs beside it: pistachio, pistachio croquant, fruit, chestnut, tropical fruit and raspberry. A further section of set desserts covers éclairs, cheesecake, profiteroles and trileçe, a sponge soaked in three milks. The coffee list goes from espresso and filter through to latte and cappuccino. No opening hours, prices or shop-level telephone number have been published.
