Kaymaklava runs its Küçükesat branch on Esat Caddesi in the Barbaros neighbourhood of Ankara's Çankaya district, part of a dessert chain. The brand is known for the slogan 'Tatlım Kaymaklım' ('My sweet, my kaymak') and, by its own account, launched simultaneously at three Ankara locations in 2021, introducing the kaymaklı kadayıf (clotted-cream-topped shredded pastry) concept to the city; it has since grown to fourteen locations across Ankara. Its product range covers kadayıf varieties — kaymaklı çubuk kadayıf, pistachio kaymaklı kadayıf, burma kadayıf — alongside walnut, pistachio, and dry baklava, plus cold baklava in strawberry, caramel, chocolate, and white chocolate versions; pumpkin dessert, şöbiyet, midye, and billuriye round out the menu.
