Kardeşler Pide Ekrem Usta operates a pide-and-kebab restaurant in the Eryaman quarter of Ankara's Etimesgut district, directly across from the Etimesgut Municipality's 100th Anniversary Republic Culture Centre. The business markets itself with the line 'the flavour and quality we've kept for 35 years,' which places it among Eryaman's older family-run eateries. The menu runs across four sections: nearly fourteen kebab items (Adana, Urfa, grilled köfte among them), thirteen pide varieties (minced meat, diced meat, kaşar cheese, sucuk and more), and six döner preparations (Beyti, İskender, rice-topped döner, wraps). Lentil soup, sütlaç and künefe cover dessert, with mezes such as ezme, mushrooms and salad served as extras. The drinks list runs to cola and fruit sodas, ayran, şalgam juice and soda water — nothing alcoholic appears anywhere on the menu, and no pork product does either. Open daily from 08:00 to 22:00, it serves both dine-in and takeaway customers.
