Kahve Aşkına

İzmit is the central district of Kocaeli province, sitting on the eastern shore of İzmit Bay; Kocaeli itself, in the Marmara Region, is Turkey's tenth most populous province and one of its leading industrial centres. On İnönü Caddesi in Kemalpaşa Mahallesi within İzmit, Kahve Aşkına — the name translates roughly as 'for the love of coffee' — runs as a café. Coffee sits at the centre of the concept, but the tags the business has chosen for its own listing go well beyond it: chocolate, dessert, donuts, ice cream and cake sit alongside burgers, pizza, pasta, kebab and schnitzel, pointing to an operation that runs from morning coffee through to an evening meal. Vegan and vegetarian options are offered too. Doors open at 9am and stay open past midnight, until 1am, every day of the week.
