A family-run restaurant in central Kütahya serving Black Sea-style pide and hand-minced, certified Adana kebab side by side.

About The Venue

Overview

Fesleğen Restoran runs as a family business at Merkez Sokak No:29 in Kütahya's Servi neighbourhood, in the central Merkez district. Its own promotional text states, 'As the Fesleğen Restaurant family, our business was founded to introduce and popularise Black Sea-style pide among the people of Kütahya, and it also serves the original certified Adana Kebab, hand-minced with a traditional rocking blade, in special presentations' — bringing together two distinct regional cuisines, with the kebab prepared from meat hand-chopped using the traditional zırh blade under its geographic certification. It is open daily from 10am to 10:45pm, and offers an online form for individual or corporate reservations. Kütahya sits in the Aegean Region, known in antiquity as Cotyaeum, with a history reaching back to around 3000 BCE and a population of 253,335 as of 2020; after İznik's tile-making tradition declined in the 18th century, Kütahya became the sole surviving centre of Ottoman tile and ceramic art, a tradition that continues today. No item-level pricing is published in enough detail to record here.
