Esto Lahmacun runs a branch of its lahmacun-and-pide chain on Ceyhun Atuf Kansu Caddesi in the Balgat quarter of Ankara's Çankaya district. The menu centres on more than twenty lahmacun varieties — spicy and mild versions alongside recipes with cheese, mushroom, walnut, egg, roasted meat, aubergine, garlic, pomegranate molasses, and hazelnut. Alongside the lahmacun, roughly ten pide varieties are on offer (mixed, meat, sausage, roasted meat with kaşar cheese), along with small, medium and large pizzas, and lentil soup in regular and lighter versions. For family orders, set menus built around six or ten lahmacun come bundled with a litre of a soft drink. On the dessert side there's künefe, çubuk katmer, basket-style künefe (hasır künefe), and Antep dolama; the drinks list runs to cola products, fruit teas, şalgam juice, lemonade, soda water, still water, and ayran. The meat used throughout is beef and lamb — no pork product appears on the menu, and nothing alcoholic is served.
