Eminol Tavuk

North of Şanlıurfa's old core the city has spread into newer residential ground, where Karaköprü and Haliliye meet — an area with a daily rhythm of its own, separate from the historic centre. Eminol Tavuk works there, on Osmangazi Caddesi in the Esentepe quarter. The kitchen calls its cooking home-style Turkish and puts particular weight on local produce and regional dishes. That translates into a wide counter: the day's cooked dishes, kebabs and grilled meat, oven-baked goods and fresh bread, fruit, and a sweet section of cakes and tarts. Doors open at eight in the morning and stay open to midnight, long enough to cover brunch, lunch and dinner in one plan. Guests can eat indoors under air conditioning or outside, with a separate smoking area and free WiFi throughout, and free parking is set aside for customers. The venue can be booked for private gatherings, and orders can be collected or delivered. Payment is by cash, Mastercard, VISA or debit card.
