According to the municipality's own official description, it was planned to give residents access to healthy, affordable food; with 112 square metres of interior space within a 1,078 square metre total site, it seats 144 across an indoor hall (42), a terrace (14), and a garden and gazebo area (88). Open daily, including weekends, from 09:00 to 18:00, it sells tea, coffee, simit, poğaça, and various sweet and savoury snacks. On weekdays between 12:00 and 14:00, it serves healthy, portion-controlled hot lunches prepared by the municipality at an affordable price of 80 TL, with a stated goal of serving 500 residents a day. The municipality's own description enumerates the facility's FULL product range — tea, coffee, simit, poğaça, sweet and savoury snacks, and portioned hot meals — and nothing on that list is alcoholic.
